In collaboration with Hewn, this multi-faceted project included multiple apartment units on upper floors, shared space, and an office on the first floor. The apartments were designed to have a modern, crisp vibe for city living. The office space bridged the gap of enticing a younger workforce, while creating a space where all clientele felt comfortable and secure.
