Grove + Prairie

(in collaboration with Hewn) a complete transformation of a warehouse located in downtown Bloomington, IL.  With shared amenity space, including a lobby, fireplace, and coffee bar, an overall look and feel of the Grove + Prairie building was established. Each individual business suite for this multi-client project was personalized and and customized to each tenants’ needs. Custom designed reception desks, lighting, furniture, wallcovering, paint, and flooring were all part of the interior design package.
